Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at ADHD and ART. We appreciate your support and hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. As a print on demand store, we abide by our printer’s returns policy.
• Damaged/defective product: A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the customer reports the problem within 30 days of product delivery and provides the required photo proof.
• Returns/exchanges: Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.
• Address issues: If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided by the customer, a refund of the order production costs only will be issued to the customer.
• To be eligible for a return please attach a clear photo showing the problem. For issues affecting multiple products, we may request an additional photo or video of all affected items visible in one frame for confirmation purposes.
• Exclusions: Please note that we will not offer replacements or refunds for orders placed with incorrect size or colour selections. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you may choose between a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
• Print Tolerance: For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in print placement will not be considered defects.
• Damaged or Defective Product: A free replacement or refund will be provided if any issues are reported within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof sent to our support email indicated in your order confirmation email.
• Returns/Exchanges: As our products are printed on demand, we do not support returns or exchanges unless there are defects or damages reported as mentioned above.
• Undelivered or Lost in Transit Orders: If an order is returned to sender or lost in transit due to an invalid address provided by the customer, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
Shipping will be refunded for defective/damaged items.
