As we are a print on demand service, the production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted.
Why would an order take longer than expected?
Occasionally, the order fulfilment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:
• The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the Print Providers do not necessarily inform us).
• The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.
• The order contains 12 or more items.
However, if your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 7 business days, please get in touch with our Support team for a status update at adhd.art@hotmail.com
• Shipping Methods: Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout for your convenience.
• Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is calculated based on the selected shipping method and your location. Please refer to the shipping carrier's website for more information on estimated delivery times for your region.
• Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on the shipping carrier's website.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, shipping method selected, and destination address. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
• Shipping Restrictions: Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to the specified address or comply with shipping regulations.
• Shipping Damage or Loss: In the event of shipping damage or loss, please contact the shipping provider immediately. We can assist you in communicating with the shipping company to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome for you if necessary
